Founding ceremony of the PIENSA! Foundation

On September 13, 2019, the PIENSA! Foundation invited people to a "small celebration" to mark its founding in November 2018.

In addition to our first cooperation partners, all those who supported us in the run-up to the foundation's establishment and in the first months of the foundation's work were invited as guests. We are grateful for the positive feedback on our commitment and the diverse support we received during the first steps.

We chose the Fasanerie Wiesbaden animal and plant park as the location because it is also one of our first cooperation partners, along with the "Nature Education Center". The park was the perfect setting for hosting our founding celebration and we would like to thank the Fasanerie for the opportunity to celebrate there with our guests.

After a champagne reception on the goose meadow, we were able to get to know the park together with our guests on a guided tour. We had asked for information about the bison and the lynx as the main focus. In addition to information about the animals' habitat, the program also included the general conditions and successes in reintroducing these animals into "Germany's wild nature". We would like to thank Christian Klaproth and Klaus Schüssler for the very good tour that was tailored to our wishes.

After the tour, we had the opportunity to present the extensive tasks and milestones on the way to our foundation. From the first idea in 2016 to our first steps in 2019, the guests were able to learn how complex the topic of trademark protection is, how extensive the creation of a website is and how far-reaching the areas of responsibility of a foundation are in the founding phase.

It was important to us to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who supported us during this development phase.
With a subsequent outlook on the upcoming tasks in the foundation's fields of activity, everyone had the opportunity to learn comprehensive information about the goals and the basic direction of the work of the PIENSA! Foundation.

We would like to thank all guests for their wishes, presents and the wonderful afternoon in the Fasanerie.We would also like to say a big thank you to the many helping hands before and during the event...without you the afternoon would not have been possible.
And what we must not forget… a very special thank you goes to Felicia di Maio.

With your congratulations on the founding of the foundation, dear Feli, you surprised us and gave us great joy.
